Just outside of the town of Brindisi, there is a farm that has been around since the 1500s, and an olive grove that is centuries old. The ladies who tended to this land would sing to the crops and the trees. Arianna, who has taken over the family farm, still hugs the trunks of the olive trees, and spreads her love of the plant as she walks the field. I fully believe this is what makes their olive oil so special.

This year, we are offering two varieties to choose from—the Peranzana and the Biancolilla.

Peranzana is a full, rounded EVOO with a subtle bitterness and is perfect for all uses.

The Biancolila is a gorgeous blend that is slightly softer in flavor to the Peranzana, yet maintains that delightful robust bitterness and peppery quality on the tongue.

Words can't express how very excited I am to share this oil with all of you once again. It truly brings me so much joy to know that we are all dipping and pouring this oil in community with one another, experiencing the work of a very special family-run grove in the south of Italy.
